Aqueous Designs is located in Homer, Alaska on the shores of beautiful Kachemak Bay. My goal is to share knowledge, awareness, and appreciation of marine science and organisms through two mediums. The first medium is wood segmentation, where a shape is cut into many individual units, each of which are finely sanded and painted before being glued back together to create the final product. I liken this process to creating a puzzle and piecing it back together one unit at a time. I also like to draw and paint, and experiment with new styles and media.
